小弟我今年16歲身高171體重92公斤想開始減肥但是想用運動跟飲食來健康減肥最近晚餐都吃芭樂或蘋果來減肥(或不吃)因為做加油站晚班(下午3點到晚上12點)所以早餐都沒什麼吃(因為都睡到中午)想健康減肥飲食習慣改善最近因為受不了宵夜的誘惑所以有時候晚上還是會吃該如何運動減肥(下班或上班前)該�
