首先先講練的群是 一般系隊女排
我有稍微爬了一些文章
好像有人建議先體能在練基本這選項好像蠻多人優先建議
體能練起來先放著。
在這裡我有個想法是如果把體能含做操含休息佔用總練習的70%時間
各位前輩建議是如何呢。其實這次比盃賽完才嚴重發現大家體能還是太少了
平時大概只佔了10%而已,其實成效似乎不大,然後發現似乎體能上要在做點突破
很多動作防守似乎才能做起來,有一點技術但體能肌群跟不上似乎也是空談。
這次我想抓個比例就是體能70% 基本功30%
訓練時間一個禮拜但只練五天 我想如果五天都是這個量會不會大家練完兩天就不來了xdd
還是說體能量少點或是中間某天體能少多點會好點。
畢竟70%隊系隊來說尤其是女生我覺得蠻重的。
但開學後大概會讓體能維持在30%時間。
希望大家能給個建議不管是如何我都能參考。
