並非所有室內的游泳池 都是溫水...
有些標榜室內"溫"水游泳池
夏天都不開保溫設備(不知道怎麼講... 就是讓水溫溫的機器)
冬天狠冷的時候才會開 有時候保溫設備還會壞掉...要碰運氣
夏天的時候 因為夏天天氣頗熱
即使不開啟保溫設備 水溫都算舒適
但是這幾天 這種季節交換的時候
游泳池水不保溫 簡直就是冰水 尤其是晚上的時候
昨天跳下去 想說趕快游身體就會暖和了
但是快速游了兩圈 整各身體還適很抗拒 受不了就上來了
唉~~
果然還是要去真正的室內"溫水"游泳池
中正運動中心水溫都很穩定
缺點是只是人多 水質比較差一點
看來這陣子還是去中正好了
