我現在國二154cm差不多60kg臉圓圓的話肚子有點「鮪魚」腿跟大象差不多手就「蝴蝶」中午的便當是自己帶的晚餐偶爾是自己煮的1.我想要靠吃加運動來減。請問午晚餐要吃什麼?2.那運動呢?(整個不要超過90分鐘)3.能搭配什麼來幫助?(不要減肥藥)(類似機能美腿襪)
