小弟我是高三生因為最近開學了加上有晚自習吃代餐會有點吃力所以能不能提供小弟除了飲食控制以外的一些方法能夠達到減少重量的規律運動扣掉假日每天除了下課10分鐘外每天大概有30分鐘可以利用的時間麻煩大家了!
