我現在國2 大概170公分 56公斤
我每天晚上睡前會做20下伏力挺身和20下仰臥起坐或者更多下
聽說在成長期間在太多重量訓練會影響發育
我這樣的運動會影響到嗎??
因為我有一點小腹 所以我要做仰臥起坐
