我176 85 33歲
體重有點偏重,目前在控制飲食中
跑齡大約3年,目前沒有什麼不適的症狀
每週運動量為
星期2~4 400M/2分20~30秒 跑50分
星期六日 騎單車 距離50KM 巡航速度約28KM(天氣熱)
如果是秋冬的話星期六會改成跑LSD,之前跑大約17~18KM 星期日一樣騎單車
明年想要參加鐵人兩項比賽,想增強自己跑步的能力
想請問的事
除了減重外
我該怎樣練習呢?
跑間歇?還是先求400M跑到幾分幾秒再說呢?
