如何避免輕跳落地腳扭傷 - 羽球

如題
昨天訓練時, 右腳扭到了
訓練動作:
站在單打位
1. 移動右後場殺球
2. 移動右邊中場平球
3. 移動左後場殺球
4. 移動左邊中場平球
因為我後場都會稍微跳, 結果循環就在1時, 落地往外扭了一下右腳踝
還好沒有很大力, 就因為核心跟臀部力量不夠嗎?
回想起來 好像是打殺球後, 太急著追下一拍 動作就卡卡,
實戰都是打完落地後,看一下對面, 所以沒扭到?
不知道是因為最近訓練量比較大, 比較疲勞還怎樣
請問有沒有什麼好的避免方式嗎?
