小弟的基礎只有跆拳(紅帶) 雙節棍 跟基本的呼吸吐吶的內修
最近發現太久沒運動,筋都硬了。
目前在慢慢地把筋重新拉開。
現在高壓的動作都做不來了。
這種狀況下我還適合練一些泰拳的腿部動作嗎?該如何練習?
