最近想練200m短程的衝刺 可是每次感覺都是心有餘而力真的不足.....
而且跑完後隔天就會酸 除了跑完後要拉筋但是要怎麼拉才會減輕酸痛多一些呢?
還有如果很酸還要繼續練跑嗎 還是休息幾天
大概的週期是怎樣練呢??煩請前輩們 傳授一下= = 謝謝
