我的體重很重110公斤身高175每次運動我都會覺得快喘不過氣來舉凡跑步打籃球..我也不是沒瘦過只不過才10公斤根本不明顯臉上胸部都肉肉的很想改善怎樣才是有效有用從以前到現在都不喜歡運動的我也曾經斷食不過胃真的很痛想請問如果慢跑不行的話能用走的嗎有時候運動到心臟有點...雖然是慢跑但對
