我要練的部份:手上的肌肉.胸肌.腹肌(上半身的肌肉都要)力量要變大我現在有的器具:我啞鈴一個10的一個6的我現在所做的訓練:傍晚5點多(在洗澡時)做伏地挺身20下晚上8點時做伏地挺身10下仰臥起坐20下啞鈴10下半夜12點時雙腳放在床上以全投手是做伏地挺身10下.仰臥起坐30下.啞鈴60下(每天+10下)我以前在我
