請問我現在55.3公斤早上吃香蕉(視情況餓的話兩根)+咖啡(自己泡的,黑咖啡有時候會泡即溶不過一杯熱量都低於100卡)中餐則正常吃(不吃飯其餘正常吃)晚餐則喝味增湯(或是燒仙草)(均為即溶食品)再餓的話會吃個蒟蒻寒天凍,晚上一定會運動快走1.5小時;雖然從十月份到現在也瘦了3公斤但是
