最近開始學游蛙式
1000m從一開始的一小時,現在進步到45min左右
朋友說我的踢腿還不夠好,所以不夠快
想請問板友們,該如何加強跟突破呢?
(我在水中看別人,都覺得自己好像浮太高,有時踢水還會踢出水面)
(還有,最近游到五百上下的時候,會開始頭痛,有時很痛,有時微痛
請問是為什麼呢)
請各位前輩不吝賜教
