如何克服前彎時的圓背問題? - 瑜珈 Yoga

學習瑜珈多年了,身體的柔軟度大致上還可以,
但昨天赫然發現自己作很多體前彎的動作時背部會拱起,
無論站姿或坐姿都有這個問題...Q_Q
之前都是以背部出力為主,想像自己的肚子要貼近大腿或是額頭要貼地,
但這樣好像反而更容易圓背。
是否應該改為腹部出力,用夾緊的方式讓上下半身的距離貼近?或是有其他的訣竅呢?
