中評社北京8月22日電／奧運總部飯店和貴賓飯店的住宿和餐飲服務得到了各國
元首、政要和國際奧委會官員的肯定。其它奧運官方接待飯店的工作也都受到了各國、
各地區官員、媒體和贊助商朋友們的熱情讚揚。到目前為止，飯店接待服務的投訴是
零投訴。
千百家飯店接待服務的投訴是零投訴，這是十分驚人的統計。在全世界各地的客
人都湧到北京的時候，飯店接待十分繁忙，按照常理，不可能沒有較大的紕漏，客人
不可能沒有不滿意的。但是，北京的各個飯店硬是做到了全心全意的服務，讓客人的
不滿化解為無，真是不容易，付出多大的努力，可想而知。
