大腿沒什麼力氣 - 運動

我最近在訓練彈跳力和腳部的肌力,我是有照著訓練計畫練(有時候會比計畫再多做一點),我已經做完第三個禮拜了(要15個禮拜),前兩個禮拜都不會有雙腳沒什麼力的情況,但是今天再做之前覺得雙大腿沒什麼力,而且很快大腿就很痠,我在懷疑是不是我比計畫多做了一點,而造成肌肉太累還有我最近吃比較少,��
