大腿持續變粗 - 路跑 Road Running

我每週約3天操場慢跑
一次7~9K 550~610間
跑前熱身操跑完有拉筋
可是最近穿褲子
發現大腿變粗和硬,褲管越來越緊繃
其他地方都沒變粗
是跑步姿勢還是出力方式有誤?
而且每次參加15K以上的路跑
跑完大腿下方的肌肉都會痠(其他都不會)
是正常的嗎?還是我應該做些調整?
