悶著頭減重將近半年了,
希望版上諸位前輩能夠惠賜卓見。
小弟185cm/110kg,
去年11月起走路(10min/km)、
今年起改成極慢跑(現在7:30~8:30/km 不等,看狀況)。
距離固定為平日3.5km左右、假日9km左右。
老實說,有些話不能說破,
但不說破又無法讓先進們評估。
小弟或許是運氣好,目前膝蓋是「還」沒有痛過。
但是,近日恰巧因為其他原因去看復健科,
而且也完全沒向醫師提起慢跑的事。
醫師主動堅定地說「不要跑步」。
小弟從小就是比較肌肉型的,
身材最精實的高一,沒狂吃,也沒什麼特別在運動,
身形就已經是183cm/84kg。
從小膝蓋很醜(後來得知算是髕骨外翻)、大腿很粗。
Anyway,這半年來也是小心翼翼地走&跑,
完全沒有刻意要增加速度或距離,
讓身體順其自然地去決定速度,
沒進步算正常、有進步就當賺到,
即使上次能跑完而這次自覺不行,就不會逼自己跑完。
開始走路時是117kg,到現在的110。
(飲食不刻意壓抑,但會稍微留意)
講這麼多,其實是想知道,
是否由於腿部肌肉從小就為了支撐髕骨而比較強健之故,
因此能夠撐到現在。
或者,其實只是所謂「不是不爆,時候未到」而已呢?
我還不到能夠從跑步中獲得樂趣的境界。
但對我來說透過跑步而看到體重變化時所得到的快樂,
遠遠高過靠飲食來減重所能感受到的快樂,
所以我還是希望自己能夠持續,只是怕自毀膝蓋誤一生。
目前唯一支撐著小弟繼續下去的,
僅僅就是「一點一點把健康找回來」的念頭。
但由於版上有些文章中,
不乏體重/身高比我還低的朋友收到「現在還不適合跑步」的推文建議,
再加上復健科醫師/治療室的大姐看我體型後都異口同聲地禁止,
(而我甚至提都沒提過自己目前慢跑中),
請問版上諸位先進的看法是如何呢?
小弟固然希望獲得鼓勵,但這不是取暖文,
盼望前輩們能提供寶貴的意見,讓小弟參考。
