因為疫情,大概快一年沒跑步了,疫情前幾乎每天跑一個多小時(純粹跑開心,沒有用任
何方式紀錄距離,但應該有超過10K),後來學校關閉後就沒地方跑。主要是我不太想在馬
路邊跑,車太多了QQQ。去健身房跑跑步機又覺得感覺不一樣,沒辦法跑太久。目前運動
基本上注重在重訓,但因為跟朋友一起報名十二月10k的路跑,想要重新開始練,蠻好奇

間是去年12月,跑兩次共12公里,今年11/9號再去跑看看,
差不多跑四公里就累了。疫情前一次都可以跑10公里/61~64
分左右。
