小弟平常練習
打一對一
雖然不強但有在進步
罰球平常也有在練習命中率也不差
最近體育課開始分組比賽
我卻連續好幾場大失常
打了五場沒有進過球
連最擅長的罰球都麵包
連練習很久的防守訓練都做不出來
聽場下的同學說我一拿到球全身都在顫抖
看到平常不打球的同學都能得分
而我練習了這麼多的週末卻比別人差
心裡很不平衡
這樣不安的心情甚至影響我整天
我也有試過正向思考
早睡 賽前自我激勵
我不知道是我做的不夠多還是做錯了
打籃球變得一點都不快樂 甚至讓我難過
體育課前一天晚上都會焦慮到失眠
我不知道板上有沒有人跟我有一樣的經歷過
如果有可以跟我分享要怎麼面對嗎?
我還想快樂的打籃球
