Jimmy Butler Rumors: Celtics Reportedly Attempted to Trade for Bulls Star

據傳 塞爾提克在本季交易截止前曾意圖換來 Jimmy Butler 。

Even though Jimmy Butler hasn't played since Feb. 5 because of a knee injury,
the Boston Celtics reportedly tried to make a splash before the Feb. 18 trade
deadline by making an offer for the Chicago Bulls All-Star.

雖然 Jimmy Butler 在 2/5 之後因為膝傷而沒有出賽，
波士頓塞爾蒂克仍於 2/18 交易截止前曾意圖換來他。

According to Steve Bulpett's Boston Herald report, which didn't name specific
players involved, the Celtics were "were willing to give up two first-round
draft picks this year—the unprotected pick from the [Brooklyn] Nets and [the
Dallas Mavericks'] choice, which is protected 1-through-7" for Butler.

據說，塞爾提克提出的籌碼是兩個首輪簽，一個是籃網的未保護簽，
另一個是小牛的前七保護簽。

K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune said he was told Boston's offer for
Butler "was of [the] lowball variety and talks didn't advance."

公牛認為塞爾提克報價太低。

Bulpett's source did note that the Bulls were not shopping Butler in a trade,
but "if Boston calls, you have to look at those picks and some of the players
they have and at least hear them out."

公牛不打算把Butler交易出去，不過只是聽聽報價。
