如標題~其實在一年前就有運動的習慣就算沒時間也會趁一些空檔多動一下體重也只減了2~3kg但是如今~體重不但沒下降反而是慢慢升高有人跟我說肌肉部份很難瘦如大腿.小腿~這也是我很困擾的地方因為以前運動完都沒有按摩大.小腿的常識所以現在大.小腿硬又粗想請教一下該如何減有肌肉的大.小腿呢??��
