如題我是個國三準備高一的男生但體重卻在71~72量體重都顯示超重想在這個無負擔的暑假好好規劃減肥行程想知道早餐午餐晚餐可以吃什麼運動是要那些運動想在兩個月內減15~20公斤這樣可能嗎?PS:廣告勿擾我家不富裕醫療藥品的就算了能在家中的更好可以的話希望可以把一星期的健康行程表打給我就是��
