Based on player feedback, the IGF has proposed a format of 72-hole individual
stroke play for both men and women. In case of a tie for either first, second
or third place, a three-hole playoff is recommended to determine the medal
winner(s).
IGF 所提出的賽制為男子／女子的72洞個人比桿賽。在前三名有同名次的情況下，
將會以三洞的總計型加洞賽來決定獎牌的得主。
按：男子女子各三面，共六面獎牌。
The IGF also has recommended an Olympic field of 60 players for each of the
men's and women's competition, using the Official World Golf Rankings as a
method of determining eligibility. The top-15 world-ranked players would be
eligible for the Olympics, regardless of the number of players from a given
country. Beyond the top 15, players would be eligible based on the world
rankings, with a maximum of two eligible players from each country that does
not already have two or more players among the top 15.
IGF 亦建議參賽人數為男子女子各60人，並以各自的世界高爾夫排名決定參賽權。
在世界排名前15名的選手將可直接入選，不受各國參賽人數上限控制；
在世界排名15名以外者則依其排名決定，且須符合以下條件：
1.在世界排名15名以內的同參賽國選手少於兩位（n＜2）
2.各國參賽人數上限為兩位

沒意外的話就是照這個提案走了。
想要參賽人數多的話就是儘可能把前15名占滿。（韓國模式？）
不過個人在想這樣的方式是否會被接受：前15名的1位＋15名以後的2位
因為看後面那段英文，個人的理解是「只要符合第1個條件就能再入選最多2位」。
