最近在跟朋友討論這個話題
相同時間與距離，哪一式耗能最大？
以我自己來說，1000 公尺 25 分鐘的條件下
仰式最累，再來是蛙蝶捷
但這有可能是因爲我仰式最不熟的關係
所以想請問，若四式都一樣熟的狀況下，哪一式的理論耗能是最大的
