我是國二生,除了體育課的運動以外,幾乎很少做運動,導致我的體重逐年增加,加上我又是嘴饞的人,偶爾吃點零食什麼的,可能因讀書關係,還有本身很害羞的緣故,所以跑步、打籃球......都不太適用於我騎腳踏車是可以的,不過要看時間和地點,補充說明,我星期六要上課(到下午)星期日要補習(�
