很久以前就有打坐經驗了,
但是都一直沒很認真、一曝十寒,荒廢很久的我其實跟新手差不多。
這幾天打坐起來發現比以前更痛,
不知道各位如何克服腿痛?
1.不要太強求,日積月累、慢慢進步?
2.忍痛忍到一個地步,腿氣通了自然不會痛?
3.忍到腳麻掉沒感覺,自然不會痛? 會不會腳組織壞死?
4.好像有在做腿部肌肉訓練,或是有在練跑,腳筋比較硬?比較痛?
5.呼吸如何自然不刻意?
