右腿明顯比左腿疲勞 - 路跑 Road Running

大約開始練跑兩個月,練跑的距離也從3km慢慢增加到6km,一週最少會跑三次,
但最近大約一公里後會很明顯的感覺右腿肌肉非常緊繃,從小腿到大腿都會,
最從都得停下來用走的,練跑的地點是田徑場和河堤都有,有試過反方向跑
田徑場,但右腿還是會非常的酸,到後來覺得彷彿是左腿拖著右腿在跑,
這是因為右腿的肌耐力不足的關係嗎?有什麼方法可以改善呢?
