今年衝台北初馬,以前只有一次半馬經驗,對於補給站不是很了解
因此請問一下有參加過的前輩
1.請問海綿站是什麼?
查網路是說提供冰塊給選手降溫,那請問海綿站有補給水或運動飲料嗎?
還是單純只有冰塊和自來水?
2.補水站應該是有水,運動飲料和其他食物吧?
那請問會有香蕉嗎?還是每個補給站的食物都不一樣
3.漢身初馬那本書寫比賽當日碳水化合物補充
前 4 小時 200 g
3 150 g
2 100 g
1 50 g
這是指選一種就好,還是真的 4 小時總共要吞下 400 g,好驚人
最後希望疫情不要再來了,讓比賽能順利舉行
