台北富邦馬拉松,大突破PB之心路歷程 - 路跑 Road Running

今天的台北馬是我的第二馬
初馬是在這之前四月份的坪林馬
當時因為跑量不夠,跑跑走走
初馬的完賽成績是 4:47
然而,在最近四個月密集的訓練後
今天台北馬跑出了3:25
訓練的故事是這樣來的,某天我去圖書館借書
剛好到架上旁邊是run less run faster這本書
我就順手借來看,從此也開始十六週的訓練
這本書提到訓練的課表很簡單
只有三天要跑步訓練,分別是間歇、節奏、LSD
另外兩天則是騎腳踏車或游泳,剩下兩天休息
我按照課表一路吃到十一月
直到被公司派去香港出差
開始用雙腳認識這個城市
包括環港島東、港島西、跑上太平山跑盧吉道等等
讓我十一月的里程數瞬間暴增
我這四個月訓練,月跑量分別是150跟十一月的250
這期間我分別買了滾輪跟Garmin手錶
在今天的比賽中,一開始還不確定我能跑到多少
原本想要5分速穩穩配完,但是不小心跑了4:50
發現跑起來不會太累,於是改變策略
開始以4:50配下去,330為目標跑
30K後在河堤有逆風的地方
開始自己對自己的對話,會不會配太快?
要不要慢一點好了?
還好我撐下來了,還決定超過330的列車
只希望今天完賽有會有個滿意的成績
