我150cm48kg我要瘦到43kg請幫幫我~~我ㄉ大腿跟手臂真得很粗~~屁股很大又下垂~~我早上起來都喝1大杯牛奶(全脂或低脂輪流)~~我是屬於肌肉型的肥胖~~我平常2~3天會去游泳(游泳之前會先騎跑步機...再來塗減肥霜換泳衣....烤箱10分鐘....換蒸氣10分鐘...蒸氣室裡我會沖沖冷水澡再繼續蒸....之後沖乾淨去游泳...蛙
