跑齡大概半年多
平常只有週末兩天會去跑個10K
月跑量最高是90K
最遠距離是15K/90分鐘(滿輕鬆的,平均心率約160)
最快紀錄是10K/49分鐘(跑到快掛了,平均心率約180)
今年年底想要跑個半馬
希望能在110分鐘內完成
每週能安排的訓練時間有三天
預計如下:
週三:6K, 4:50/K(T配速)
週六:10K,5:20/K(M配速)
週日:16K,6:00/K(E配速)
請問各位大大們
這樣的菜單安排是否OK呢?
