半馬訓練是否該換方式? - 路跑 Road Running

大家好
小弟最近兩場半馬賽事是台北馬及科技盃
平常訓練方式就很單純 下班就跑個10km
從原本6分速 到現在最快可以4分22秒
這兩個月都以4分30秒 持續跑10km
身高170 體重68~70kg
月跑量大概是100km~150km
因為都是自己跑沒有參加團練
也應該沒有固定時間跟團
如果持續同樣練習方式進步會停滯嗎(10km)
還是應該要改跑間歇來換訓練方式呢?
