勞資協定? - 美國職棒

我對這段的解釋是:

球隊要在quiet period結束前給球員一張一年約
薪資是前一年全聯盟薪資前125名的球員的平均

球員有七天時間決定要不要接受 拒絕的話球隊才有資格拿補償選秀權
相當於過去要提過薪資仲裁被拒才有補償資格

2011年薪資前125名(A-Rod 32M ~ Street 7.3M)的平均大約是12.58M (約第54名)

今年Elias Ranking的Type A球員有177個
我想能讓原球隊敢開出這種合約的球員數應該會比這個數字少非常多 XD


: ‧簽下該FA球員的球隊，將喪失第1輪的選秀權
: 不過若是被保護的前10順位籤，則將喪失第2高的選秀權
: ‧不過喪失該FA球員的球隊，並非直接得到對手的選秀權
: 而是補在第一輪後，選秀則依上年勝率排序
: 看了幾條，感覺這次CBA勞方還蠻爽的
: 最低薪資上漲了，中產球員也不再有Type A, B的束縛
: 資方則是從壓低業餘球員簽約金的部分補回來
