想請問前輩們..在練習氣功時
1.動功跟靜功應以何者為主?何者為輔?
2.若我每天安排一小時練習,應該先練動功半小時,還是先練靜功半小時?
或者是說兩者練習並不需先後之分?
以上問題還請高手解惑 感恩
