Warriors owner Joe Lacob wants Draymond Green to retire with the team.

The 29-year-old forward had an inconsistent season for Golden State,
especially on the offensive end, but has since bounced back with a strong
playoff run. Lacob told The Athletic he always believed in Green.

"He's Draymond Green," Lacob said. "I wasn't worried. I want Draymond Green

The three-time All-Star tallied 7.4 points per game, his lowest mark since
2013-14. Green, however, has upped that total to 12.6 points through the
Warriors first eight playoff matchups.

"All this year I don't think I was in great shape at all," Green told
reporters Tuesday. "Part of it was I wasn't healthy most of the year. Really
just locking in and focusing on my body, getting it healthy and ready for
this time of year has been important.
