加速是對的嗎!? - 路跑 Road Running

就是跑到一半的時候,有時會覺得不會喘了,
這個時候,要開始加速(5分速>4分速)>跑到喘、累>再降速(5分速),這樣能循環個幾次~
還是先維持定速(5分速)??
PS:速度只是舉例,我沒測量速度的東西= ="
總覺得不加速會對不起自己....
可是這樣跑是不是會耗更多能量?
維持定速到後半段才加速反而可以衝更遠嗎??

大會名次 99/4293
分組名次 24/948(男己組) 就是擠不進20名拿獎...T_T 好累...
