平時跑步大約只跑2km左右,最多也才5km吧~
然後今天跑完21km,跑步當下還沒這麼痛,但現在連走路都好困難XD
腳踝後方,膝蓋右邊,最痛的是跨下(該邊),請問該邊跟膝蓋問題該如何緩解呢?明天還
得上班呢!
另外,我之前去健身房做過練該邊這裡的儀器,就是用腿夾住的那個器材,做完就痛了快
一個禮拜,走路就像屁股長了什麼一樣@@
