之後的工作需要一些體力
負重30公斤之類的
因為很久沒練體能了
現在幾乎沒有肌肉
大概要在8個月內把自己練壯
現在很瘦182/68
比較喜歡在水裡游
不過要把肌肉練的飽滿很像要去健身房比較快?
我就想說有可能帶著划手板在水中做相似的動作嗎
一開始先熱身
然後在自泳區的角落做夾胸
反正水的阻力很大,做無氧的單向動作
一樣可以15次4組循環
讓肌肉變酸
其他不好做的會讓身體移動的動作就游泳
像自由式把划頻放慢動作拉長,每次都用力推,變成無氧動作
練背肌、胸肌、三頭等
腳就穿蛙鞋練大腿
腹肌我就不知道了
練完一天的量就休息做有氧運動
正常游泳這樣
這樣肌肉會比較大塊嗎
