我現在每天早上食一個豬排包......中午食飯多菜小肉7分飽飯後一個雪梨......晚上多菜小肉5分飽飯後一個水果....每天飲2000ml水.....踩1小時健身單車...訓前做set-up30下咁樣可唔可以減到肥?
