借標題問一下小弟的問題
小弟打算在今年底挑戰人生第一次全馬
但大多數高人不同的是..我很重..98KG/176CM
持續跑步的時間大約一年半,曾在今年初挑戰過半馬,1'52完成
平時我的路跑習慣是每週30KM~40KM左右,跑三~四次,每次10KM(繞中正紀念堂五圈)
,完成時間大概是一小時,我這樣跑已經快半年了。
一開始跑步是為了減肥,從112->98後體重一直停在這個數字八個月,我也沒特別
在意說要繼續瘦...反正健康就好。
但是如果要挑戰全馬(哇..42KM耶..是怎樣的世界呢),體重會成為是否能順利完成
的因素之一嗎 ? 還是說只要自己身體習慣也不一定要刻意減重也可以挑戰呢?
順便問一下,有沒有哪位版友和小弟差不多噸位也是全馬成功挑戰者能分享一下經驗嗎..
