全跑前減量練習 - 路跑 Road Running

各位版友好 小弟6/4將參加人生第一場路跑,也是全馬。
想請教關於前一週或二週是否該減量或該怎麼準備才能兼顧休息及訓練。
以下是我這幾週的跑量以及這一週接下來幾天預計要完成的練習。
關於最後2週我應該維持固定的跑步週期然後縮短距離或是相同距離可是減少天數呢?
我平日都是做~11K的配速跑,pace大概在5:15~4:55,根據當下壯況調整。
週日沒偷懶就跑LSD,pace大概在5:25~5:35,最近一個31k的pace是5:25,目標是全馬sub4
