各位,
又到了全民拼腹肌的鳳凰花開的季節,
我年初加入健身院,
不得要領,
身高181cm,
從80kg減到85kg,
後來還是決定游泳比較快!
才幾天,已經擠進7Xkg了,
終於暖身的時候可以不必一直吸肚子。
每天游泳,
我大概兩三天會掉一公斤,
而且不會頭暈、脾氣不好、胃痛、拉拉、或走路飄來飄去的。
吃都正常吃,愛喝的奶茶照常會喝,
但後來食慾和食量都會自動變小。
我每天的菜單是
1500自,30mins內游完
600仰兩回,29mins內游完
50蝶、50蛙各兩回,各約1mins上下,
1500自,35mins內游完
我快游慢游的速度一樣慢,反正是減肥式的低頻率游法。
加上休息和噓噓,兩小時內搞定。
還有我是花了整整一年的自我訓練才達到這樣的量。
健康很重要,我可不想受傷和付不完的醫藥費。
這樣大概一個月就可以減到72-75kg,
兩個月後達到65-68kg。
然後就時間拉開,
並調整運動和飲食的量與類。
這樣除了能專年輕,還可以省很多伙食費。

容易過敏體質的,
游泳還是不要戴隱型眼鏡比較好。
改戴有度數的眼鏡。
我這回第一天之後兩個眼睛就暴紅,
就診的時候醫生說是角膜炎之類的,
原來游泳池的水會從口或鼻進入,而到達眼睛、耳朵的部位。
就算戴泳鏡,也是會受影響。
還好醫生說這不會傳染,而且不戴隱型眼鏡比較安全,我才敢繼續游。
