夏天到了,有兩個月假期,所以想安排些健身項目.
之前看一些棒球選手從國外回來後都變的好壯,
聽說是因為美國的重訓是質直不重量,
所以想請教有經驗的人,在健身項目的安排的有哪些?
我想每週去個幾天健身房.
