我曾經也有過類似的情形
腰背接近尾椎的地方都在痛
坐著痛,躺著也痛,坐久了起來要過一下才能慢慢站直
大概連續四五天都在痛,也不敢去上瑜珈課
後來問老師,老師說有可能是因為作瑜珈慢慢開始在矯正我的骨骼跟肌理
(我脊椎有點歪骨盆有點不正)
會痛是正常的,大概會持續一個禮拜左右
不過如果超過一個禮拜,就建議去看醫生照一下,可能就是受傷了
我後來因為慢慢不痛了,就開始恢復上課
所以如果疼痛超過一個禮拜的話,還是去找醫生吧
