做完的痠痛,要怎樣解消,好繼續做? - 瑜珈 Yoga

我做完瑜加一堂後
最痠的就是
1胸部上面 因為做拜日式有一個類似伏地挺身的動作
2膝蓋後方的筋 因為拜日 的金字塔式 跟犁鋤式
做完第二天會很痠痛
可是我很希望能趕快好起來 就能趕快繼續做下一次
希望能每天做
這樣比較快瘦
可是都痛死了 做不下去
要怎樣才能比較快消痛呢?
