小弟自宅健身員,最近想練倒立
最最簡單的應該是肩倒立吧?
小學就玩過,重拾這個動作也一下就上手
感覺和倒立搭不上邊,只是一個把腳和背翹起來的動作罷了
然後是頭倒立或三點倒立
這兩種難度對我來說幾無分別,因為從下犬式根本就無法進到倒立姿式
不知道是身體不夠軟還是怎樣...

再是烏鴉式
這個倒還有練頭,運氣好能撐個4、5秒,就是姿勢不怎麼標準漂亮
所以,倒立動作的難易度劃分應該是這樣
肩倒立 ----> 烏鴉式 ----> 頭or三點倒立 ----> 肘倒立 ----> 手倒立
因此想請教一下
在頭倒立與肩倒立中間,還有沒有什麼動作比較適合我這種渣手練習的
