保護膝蓋的動作 中台拉球 - 桌球

最近有持續上一對一教練課程
上禮拜教練教我中遠台對拉
首先 我覺得這個項目是桌球最難的動作之一
而且最近幾天 膝蓋做彎曲動作 有時會有輕微的疼痛
嚴重懷疑是動作不對造成的
因為我打球需要壓低重心 身高較高
想問一下要怎麼避免傷膝蓋? 重心感覺沒有後座
如果增加核心以及重訓 可以適當避免膝蓋的傷害嗎?
又或許是練球強度自己的肌肉不能負荷
想請教高手了 謝謝
