保護腳踝 - 羽球

前陣子打球前先去快跑熱身
後來去打球 突然感覺腳裸那邊腫脹有點痛
休息一禮拜後 繼續打球 發現那地方很容易受傷
每次啟動 想往前衝 就會痛
大家有類似的經驗嗎
還有請問有推薦 保護腳裸的護具嗎 謝謝
